Can I use cable input into the TV w/PMS prem?

My community offers free HD cable but charges for a DVR. Can I use the cable input directly into the TV with Plex DVR and have channels recorded?

You would need to purchase a HDHomeRun Prime network tuner. Then you setup DVR in Plex which allows you to use the 3 tuners in the Prime. Each of these tuners can be used for either Recording or Live TV.

You would then connect a Plex Client Device directly to your TV.
