# Can not access code entry screen

My place link on TiVo broke and I am trying to re-establish link by entering code. However when t key in [https://Plex.tv/link](https://Plex.tv/link) on my iPhone on laptop browser I get the Sign in screen and no where to enter the code Please help

You need to be logged into [Plex.tv](http://Plex.tv) in order to “link” your code/device with your Plex account. After you log in, you should be prompted for the code.

Earlier today, there were issues with the login servers of [plex.tv](http://plex.tv)
This should work again by now.
