Same problem here. This was a bug last year that Plex knew about but took a few months to fix. Hopefully they’ll fix it quicker this time. ---

8.25? I’m on 8.24.1.28493. I can only guess that the updated will be coming soon as your message is 2 weeks old. I really appreciate your help with this. Any info on when that update will come out? ---

8.25 is in beta. I’ve no info on when it will be released. Once it is released, it will take a few days for Amazon to publish the new version. Amazon’s update process is slower than Google’s. You can subscribe to the [Android announcement thread](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plex-for-android/29115/403) to be notified when new versions are available. Scroll to the bottom of the thread and change “Normal” to “Watching.” You can also subscribe to the [Android TV Beta announcements](https://forums.plex.tv/t/release-announcements-android-tv-beta/154124/478). If desired, you can download and sideload the beta version of the app. Note that if you sideload, the app will not auto-update when new versions are released. To return to auto-updates, delete the side loaded version and re-load the version from the Amazon store. ---

Is Plex aware of the issue with fire stick app where the cast photos and user photos don’t show? Also when clicking on cast photos nothing happens ---
