Server Version#:4.9.2.0 Player Version#: i have a samsung galaxy ultra. I have the plex app on my phone. When on a data connection from my provider, tmobile, in plex app i can access only recommendations from my three seperate libraries, movies, tv shows, and documentaries. When I click on the library option it shows no items to display when there are media in each of those. Like I said, I can view some of the media under recommendations. If im at home on wifi, through the plex app i can now access all of the media in the library option. The connection on tmobile is a good connection and speed is good so dont understand what is happening. On tmobile and under the recommendation option if i pick a movie and play it, it plays fine. Why when Im on mobile connection does my media under library show no items to dsplay. Please help ---
