# Cannot access Plex Media Service through LAN or remotely

Server Version#: Version 1.43.2.10687
Player Version#: Android 2026.8.1 (971050166)
Windows 11 PC
Plex Server is no longer available either locally or remotely.
I can access my media through Kodi direct LAN but not through Plex.
Steps I have attempted:
1. I have attempted changing Port Forwarding settings and even re-enabling UPnP in my router.
2. I have logged out and re-logged in.
3. I have reinstalled the latest version.
4. I have disabled non-required apps on startup.
5. I have done a Windows system restore to eliminate possible Windows update issues.
6. I have temporarily replaced the router which I attempted with UPnP and Port Forwarding.
7. I have scrolled for hours on Plex and other forums trying to solve this issue.
I think I have a stuck Certificate.
I am at a loss as to what to do next, other than to format my PC and start again.
