I read that if Plex is not picking up newly added movies that it is most likely a DB corruption. So I ran the following and I am still having issues.
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Plex SQLite.exe” com.plexapp.plugins.library.db “.output recover.out” “.recover”

Is this maybe not the correct command to be using?

Not necessarily.

Plex Media Server version & platform? See [Authorized Devices](https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms).

How are you naming & organizing the files? Poor naming and organization can lead to problems with media recognition. It is best to follow [Plex naming structure](https://support.plex.tv/articles/categories/your-media/). For example, `/Movies/Movie (year)/Movie (year).ext`.

Database corruption, if present, is visible in the Plex Media [Server log](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) files.

Pull your [server log](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) files ([Settings](https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/web/general) → Troubleshooting). In the ZIP file, look in `Plex Media Server.log` (wraps to .1…5). Search for `ERROR - SQLITE3` messages.

Example: `Jul 11, 2021 08:45:12.051 [0x32d1f440] ERROR - SQLITE3:0x5d9e, 11, database corruption at line 64757 of [bf8c1b2b7a]`

Note: Your Plex Media Server should be configured for debug level logging. Do not enable verbose logging. See [Reporting issues with Plex Media Server](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201643703-reporting-issues-with-plex-media-server/).
