# Cannot change Watched/Unwatched and Plex does not save Progress.

Hope someone can help me. For the last few weeks Plex will not allow me to change media from unwatched/watched and vice versa. Also watching something through does not automatically change media to watched. At the same time progress is never saved on any of the plex platforms. So I have to fast forward to get where I left off. I have installed, uninstalled, repaired and even updated to the latest preview 0.9.17.1. Nothing seems to fix any of my issues.

Sounds like you have corrupted your database. Follow this guide to check and repair the database. Even if it doesn’t find a problem, I would repair it anyways.
