# Cannot claim server – Setup is not allowed for shared servers, no device listed

I’m running Plex Media Server via the linuxserver/plex Docker container on Unraid. Symptoms: - Server setup shows: “Setup is not allowed for shared servers” - No server appears under [https://plex.tv/devices](https://plex.tv/devices) to remove - Server never appears in the Plex UI after login - [plex.tv/claim](http://plex.tv/claim) does not provide a claim token What I’ve already tried: - Full identity wipe (Preferences.xml, Setup Plex.html, .LocalAdminToken) - Full Plug-in Support databases + blobs reset - Fresh container reinstall - Forced /setup URL locally - Login as the account owner (not a managed user) - No Plex Home PIN Conclusion: This appears to be an orphaned Plex Media Server UUID that is marked as shared in the Plex backend, but is not visible in Devices. Request: Please remove or reset the orphaned server UUID on the Plex backend so the server can be claimed again.
