# Cannot claim server

After working fine; all suddenly my Plex server is unclaimed when pressing ‘Claim Server’ button, it spins for a while and then nothing further happens.  
I have tried:  
Reinstalled (purge) the application and deleted all files left by the installer  
Deleted Preferences.xml

Server Version#: 1.22.3.4392  
Player Version#: 4.54.5
