# Cannot claim the server

Server Version#: 1.21.2.3978  
Player Version#:

Hey

i had trouble accessing my movies in plex and tried to solve the problem by removing the user aka me from the web but then i tried to update the media server as i requested due to an error and in need to update manually but without any luck.  
i also tried to signed out and after that i couldn’t claim the server nor i can do anything.

i have attached a picture shows the problem

also i have attached the logs and database to help identify the case.

I did try the suggested solution but it didn’t help claim the server but it helped to shows the movies on it

i have fixed the problem, only i needed to start the vpn to claim it and update the server.
