Cannot connect to content server

I had Plex up and running. I can play my movies from my iPhone (not through the app but via plex.tv/web). I can see all the movies I have downloaded on my Samsung TV's but I always received the same error message - cannot connect to content server.

Remote server is working
I have the latest version on my server

What am I doing wrong?

I followed all the different possibilities and I still receive the same error message.

PMS Version 1.6.1.3722 No w I am having trouble updating the server
