Can you connect to your server/libraries using a different app (e.g. the browser version of Plex)? You might want to upgrade your server… version 1.18.4 is rather ancient (this version has been released 2+ years ago)

I upgraded but cannot connect still. I have disabled IPv6 as well. The only solution i can think of is to load PLEX in my PS4, I know my remote set up is correct because I can access remotely on PS4. But it’s still to access on webOS.

No error, just when I click ‘retry connection’ it’s not logging in to my server. I did however install the app on my PS4 and it was able to connect, so there should be no issues with my remote settings. So it’s either I have incorrect settings or it’s not compatible with webOS now.
