Server Version#: 1.20.1.3252-a78fef9a9 Player Version#: Have had this recurring issue for awhile where Plex stops working suddenly and is only available on certain users remote with no access locally. ![image](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/original/3X/6/f/6f4a7a19a57a0ae7f9a97dd8ad5537b027b985cc.jpeg) ---

This works for access but media doesn’t play and library isn’t updating. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Plex as well as a system restart. ---

FYI, you should turn off Ad Block Plus and any other ad/cookie blockers for any Plex sites - plex.tv, local server addresses, etc. I don’t believe it will help with your current problem. However, Plex does use cookies, so anything that blocks them can cause problems with the Plex web client. ---

Did not fix the issue but I’m sure it will help in the future! ---
