【Cannot get metadata】Unable to find media provider

i refreshed metadata , and then nothing happened when finished.
note: i try to rename my movies, like add imdbid ,but seem cant work.
example file name :

 ..../Movies/Shutter Island (2010){imdb-tt1130884} [禁闭岛]/Shutter Island (2010){imdb-tt1130884} 2160p DTSHD-MA.mkv

i think maybe this log lead to ？？ anyone have idea?

Try it like this

There needs to be a space between the date and the curly bracket for the imdb number

I think items inside square brackets only get ignored by the scanner when they’re part of the file name.

If the square bracket is with that info is inside the folder name it may cause a problem getting a match
