# Cannot Match with TVDB - Even After Plex Dance

I think I figured it out. My fancy pants firewall was blocking some \*plex.tv subdomains for some reason. Once I whitelisted it, life is good. Once I performed the [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064), metadata was flowing and populating again.
