Using Plex 1.11.3.4803 on Maui Linux.
There is no reference to my Plex Pass (have a lifetime subscription).
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to inform you but your linux distro isn’t supported.
It appears to be a derivative of Kubuntu which has been known to be extremely problematic under Plex.
Plex is supported for Ubuntu (Debian 8+) and mainstream Redhat (Redhat, Fedora, Centos) distributions.
