# Can't access friends Libraires

Check if your friend is on the latest server version: [Plex Media Server - Security Update - #3 by PlexInfo](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plex-media-server-security-update/928341/3)

If they are on the latest, have them confirm the sharing is still applied to each library. Some users had this wiped after taking steps to reset their password/reclaim their server.
