Can't access my shared library from friends' devices

Hello. I’m not sure if I’m posting this support question in the appropriate section, but here’s what’s going on.

I have my library shared to 2 friends who have different ISPs and different systems. Both friends can access my shared library on their PCs just fine within their respective networks. Also, I can access my library with my phone within their network. The issue lies with their devices claiming my server is unavailable and to make sure it’s on and connected to the internet.

Friend #1 gets this error on both his Xbox One and PS4. Both of these devices can see and connect to his wife’s cousin’s shared library just fine. His Firestick can access my library but I guess it can’t handle the original quality of my videos so it’s transcoded to a lower quality making everything grainy. We’ve tried playing with the app settings on both the PS4 and Xbox One to allow insecure connections to ‘always’ and prefer insecure connections to ‘always’ and this still doesn’t see my library.

Friend #2 only has his smart TV with the Plex app and his TV gets the same unavailable error. He also can see and access his cousin’s shared library when it’s on. He can cast my accessible library from his PC to his TV, but that’s not very convenient.

Is there a setting on my friends’ devices or something I have to configure on my end to somehow make this available for them?

As I’ve already stated, can access my shared library on their networks from their PCs and my phone. I’m completely lost and can’t seem to find the answers here in the forums.

I have been using Plex for many years and have worked through most issues, however this is one that continues to stump myself and my Brother. We have invited both of us to share our Libraries and have them working fine when it comes to using them on our PCs and mobile apps however we can not get them to work on our Smart TVs . The servers show up but we both get the same error message. Unable to connect to Server. We both are Plex Lifetime members , love the app, just wish we could get a little support from the creators with these type issues. Please let me know if you have found a solution. FYI, we both are using the Plex app on very latest Samsung Qled TVs.
