# Can't access Plex remotely via Smart TVs

Server Version#: 4.66.1
Can you help me? I can remotely access my server via Notebooks, Androids, but not throught
Smart TVs like Samsung Tizen, LG and such.
I recently installed Chrome Remote Desktop and use it with all my home computers, including the Plex Server. I do make port fowarding using the router of my ISP provider and it worked before Chrome Remote.
Can someone help me to find the problem?

If you can connect from some clients, that implies the remote access is working. However there’s been some recent announcement regarding the support for some older smart tv platforms for which the vendors no longer provide updates.
Can you double-check what versions of those Smart TV platforms you’re using?
