# Can't access tidal from plex

I recently connected my existing tidal account to plex and I can’t actually find or play tidal content on plex web or plexamp. I tried re-linking it without any change.

I used to have a tidal connection and had a track in a playlist leftover, but even going to that track I am unable to play it

Do you experience the same issue if you’re trying to access Tidal through Plex from outside your home network?

No luck from android plex or plexamp app. I’ll try again from the plex web player next time I’m out of the house.

Did you enable the “Music” online media source in your account?  
You need to, if you want to use Tidal in Plex. [https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/online-media-sources](https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/online-media-sources)
