As of the latest QNAP Server update I cannot access my Tidal account through Plex web. The error I get is that the accounts aren’t linked.
Could someone have a look for me please?

I still get the same result, saying my account isn’t linked.
I also tried logging out and logging in again. Same result.

Same issues here running server on Synology as well as Windows - latest version for each. Thanks
Which Plex client types did you use?
Could you activate client logging,
repeat the test and fetch logs?

The client is the web client using Chrome on Windows. This is browsing locally to the server not through Plex.tv. The server is on a QNAP NAS running native.
I’m away form the server at the moment so I will gather logs later today.
I don’t think it is account related, as I can access my Tidal account from my Mobile device (Android) . I can play Plex playlists that are a mix of Tidal and Sever content, as well I can browse through Tidal for content and play, add it to favourites, add to playlist etc.
For what its worth Tidal fully functional again in my PMS.
Okay, Stand down, after testing when I arrived home from work all appears okay with Tidal now.
