My e-mail address has a small spelling mistake (@t-oline.det-oline.det-oline.det-oline.de instead of @t-online.de). I can’t change it in the account settings. It always says my password is wrong but I wrote it down and even tried every other pasword from my list in case I mixed something up. I’ve already tried the billing department but didn’t get any help there (I know they’re not tech support but I read that someone got help there for something similar so I tried that first). Has anyone any idea what I can do instead of creating a new account? I’d really like to keep this one because it was an invite that I can’t get again. ---

Your account has a gmail linked with it you can sign in. ---

I just added the google account recently in hopes of changing the email address, I haven’t tried signing out and in again… But I still need to change the email address in my plex account to verify it, or does it change with signing in via google? ---

You would still need the regular password to change the email. I just meant you can sign in with Google Auth to use a player. ---

Ok thanks, that’s one less thing to worry about. But is there any way for me to get my password oder email changed so I can verify my account? ---

Unfortunately there is no real way to verify someone is the owner of a free account. That is why the billing folks said you should create a new one with the corrected email. ---

But it would be possible if I got the remote watch pass? I was thinking about it anyway, can’t hurt now I guess. I really don’t want to lose this account and want to keep access to my acquaintance’s library. Thank you for your time and help so far, I appreciate it. Edit: Just realized it’s not possible because I’m not verified… really hurts losing that account. ---
