Hello,
I used Plex Media Server for a couple of month without problem (it claimed my server automaticaly). .
I had to format my QNap nas (http://192.168.1.77:8080/cgi-bin/).
I re install Plex Media Server from QNap app center, and launch it.
Chrome open (http://192.168.1.77:32400/web) and i log with my apple-Id account like before.
I create a new film library, but when i click on next, Plex Media Server can’t claim my server : “Server is unclaimed and not secure!!”
I click the “Claim server” button, but nothings append.
I search a solution with internet for 2 days and find a few keys, but none works :
The routing table looks good :

I learn how to connect in ssh to delete the preference.xml file.
Nothing append.
I delete all /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/PlexMediaServer directory.
Nothing append.
I’have a log file, but i don’t how to share it in this post
Please help.
