Can't claim server Thecus N5810

I have been using PMS for a year now and everything was perfect.

Since last week i have switched from provider and changed my e-mail i can't seem to be able to claim my server anymore.

I have tried everything that i could come up with :
- Reinstalled PMS several times and different versions
- Tried 3 different account, 2 new ones.
- Deleted PLEX from nas through SSH
- Deleted preferences file through SSH
- Completely deleted my whole raid5 to get rid of all plex related data

- Deleted all users and connections

Nothing helped...

Who has the right solution?

what version of plex server were you using? the default one from thecus app library?
