If you cannot claim the server, that often means there is something blocking PMS from talking back to plex.tv. Can you grab your [PMS logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) manually and post it here. ---

Can you not find them by manually searching in the directory as referenced in your link about [PMS Logs?](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) ---

Please stick to one thread. I already told you that the IP of your server is not in a private IP range.
