# Can't claim server

I just finished building a new computer/server running TrueNAS Scale and Plex. When I first run Plex, it does not give the option to claim the server, so it is completely useless. I tried reinstalling Plex multiple times but it never gives me the claim server screen. I even tried changing the IP address because it originally had come up on an address that had a Plex server before. I cannot access Plex server at all, I can only access the regular Plex screen with all my streaming options. The Plex app version in TrueNAS Scale is 1.40.1.8227.
