Server Version: Version 1.41.2.9200 Player Version: Version 4.140.0 Hi folks! Have and outstanding ISSUE with plex server. My plex server is work in a docker container and published to global network via port forward: global.tld:443 - \> lan\_ip:32400 Everything work great many years. At now, i migrated my server to a new public IP and domain. Server immediately disappeared in a plex web app. Plex Web App work fine on my new [https://public.tld](https://public.tld/): But no server yet in there. I drop claimed data from preferenses.xml Rerun container. Rerun container. It appeared in Web App, but unclaimed. I press claim, and it immediately disappeared again. WTF Is that? i try: 1. setup new server, whole new, in a new environ on another linux server, and same, server disappear after claim. 2. setup new docker server, same, after claim. 3. setup new windows server, same. 4. setup new plex account, new server, same 5. port forward plex from docker, to [127.0.0.1:32400](http://127.0.0.1:32400/), same 6. port forward to local inside docker IP, 192…: 32400, same 7. port forward to my server lan ip, same 8. try to claim using sh from github (claim-plex-server.sh), same 9. try to claim via curl, same 10. try to disable access from remote, on first screen of server setup, same 11. try to enable access from remote, same 12. try to setup ADVERTISE\_IP in environ, same 13. try to setup ALLOWED\_NETWORKS, same 14. try to everything, same also: - right after claim, some time, server appear in web app, like it try to connect, and immediately disappear after 5-10 seconds: [![r/PleX - Unclaimed plex server issue](https://preview.redd.it/unclaimed-plex-server-issue-v0-ajpe48pepn2e1.png?width=349&format=png&auto=webp&s=77caebc124d1a666f7dba00d80b464231450ee4c)](https://preview.redd.it/unclaimed-plex-server-issue-v0-ajpe48pepn2e1.png?width=349&format=png&auto=webp&s=77caebc124d1a666f7dba00d80b464231450ee4c) Before i claim server, this URL work and show XML: [http://127.0.0.1:32400/media/providers](http://127.0.0.1:32400/media/providers) http://LAN\_IP:32400/media/providers http://internal\_docker\_ip:32400/media/providers But right after claim, all of this url show 401 Unauthorized. Also before claim, i see all library and server is unclaimed and not secure. Right after claim, sometime i see all library at a short time, but all say you are Unauthorized for this. After claim, and some time, 10 seconds maybe, servers an library disappear. If i unclaim server, it has appear, show i must claim it before use, show library, show content, if i ignore claim message, in a library, content work, but i want to claim and have remote access. FYI Please dont spam the thread tags, You filed this under NAS, Windows, Linux, and Docker. From your description its a docker non-NAS setup. Without logs, I would start you with [GitHub - ChuckPa/UserCredentialReset: User Credential Reset utility for Plex](https://github.com/ChuckPa/UserCredentialReset#readme) I would also suggest a copy of your [server logs.](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) ---

Checked sh from repo that you provide, nothing changed. As always before: - Plex claimed, as before, and disappeared after that, as before. Thanks for information, but i have same issue on my LOCAL runned device, windows desktop, i write it before. Run windows PMS on a laptop. Same issue. ---

I already delete pms from laptop, but can try to reinstall. Yep, i think work VPN are runned on laptop at a time when plex deployed. is it an issue? where i can see it a logs? ---
