Can't Claim Sever on QNAP NAS

Whenever i click on the claim server button, it does nothing. I’ve reinstalled Plex Media Server. This happened after I upgraded my internet and installed a eero 7 router and a TP link switch. The IP for my NAS (QNAP TS_464) has changed.

After you uninstalled Plex from the QNAP,
Did you go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms (Authorized Devices → Server dropdown) and delete it ?

During uninstall QNAP does not allow us to communicate to Plex.tv to notify it of the uninstall.

If you’ve done this AND are still having problems,

I recommend SSH into the QNAP and claiming it there.
