Can't connect to local Plex sever and remote access keeps dropping off also

Running Plex Server on a Dell Server and it use to be that my remote access kept dropping off and I would have to go in an manually disable and re-enable it to work (for a short period) now I cannot access my Plex server Locally. Using multiple sources. Browser from laptop pointing to local server address, updated ONN android device and my Microsoft XBox one running Plex App. This product has become totally useless to me now and it frustrating me since I am a paid user.

You may want to try the Method 2.2 from this post first: You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry

That means you rather want to use a manual port forwarding: https://support.plex.tv/articles/200931138-troubleshooting-remote-access/

But only try that after restoring local access.
