I recently added the show White Gold to my server and for some reason the “analyze” loading icon will not go away for the Season 1 (not the entire show). I’ve tried removing it and emptying the trash and re adding it, tried playing an episode, restarted the server, etc. no luck. Not sure why it’s showing it but it’s really bugging me. Server is running version 1.9.0.4252 and downloading the current latest as I type this so maybe an upgrade will do the trick. This is showing up on Plex/Web version 3.20.5
There is likely an issue with one of the video files. Look in the logs to find out the file on which it gets stuck then replace that file.
