Name it according to the rules: [https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-movie-media-files/](https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-movie-media-files/)

```auto
/Movies
   /Elliot the Littlest Reindeer (2018)
      Elliot the Littlest Reindeer (2018).mp4
```

If that doesn’t work, perform the [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) with the movie.
