Hi there, I had installed plex on my windows computer a few years back.. While it worked well, I was having windows issues and finally had to “nuke” the drive and reinstall windows (at which point I upgraded to windows 10 pro). A few days ago I decided to reinstall plex. I created a new plex account since I couldn’t remember which email account or password that I used. Installation seemed to go smoothly. After I got finished pointing the plex server to the drive and folders I’m using, I tried activating the plex account on my Roku. No joy. I decided to start over again and re-downloaded plex server and reinstalled. I was given the option of un-installing first (which I did) then re-installed plex server. Now when I press the plex Icon, nothing happens. I’ve tried stopping plex server with windows Task Manager, restarting the computer, unplugging the power for several minutes, etc. I’ve even tried right clicking and running as administrator. I get asked if I want plex server to make changes to this computer ( yes / allow). I’m at a loss ! As you seem to be the " plex guru", I’m reaching out to you. Any thoughts or ideas?? TIA ---

If you see in running in the task manager try going to [http://127.0.0.1:32400/web](http://127.0.0.1:32400/web) ---

You may also need to allow Plex through your firewall so it can be accessed by other devices, and remotely if you plan on setting up remote access. ---
