# Can't Invite People

I am having an issue inviting a few of my friends and family onto my server
I get to the final part and it says FAILED
I removed my sister from my plex server as a test - and then I tried to add her that came back as failed.
Every email address I have tried it comes back as failed?

Which app are you using when you do the invitation? [app.plex.tv](http://app.plex.tv)
Do you have any web browser add-ons which could interfere? Try without any of these.

I am using the web browser - never had an issue before. Managed to send an invite but when the person got it (they have got a plex account) it said “error with invitation”
Have asked a few of my friends with Plex and they are having similar issues
I have tied [app.plex.tv](http://app.plex.tv) on my macbook and iphone and same result

Got it how? By email?
Normally, they only need to open the web app and go to ‘Users & Sharing’ to see your invitation and accept or decline it.

Via email
I use the web app
Go to users and sharing
And then invite user
Enter email address or username
Choose what libraries to share click send
And it says failed
