# Can't keep Plex server running

NAS model DS920+  
DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 2  
PMS 1.30.1.6497.7000

My Plex had problems, so my son helped reinstalling the Plex server. Ever since the PMS stops running sometimes. Usually I go to my Plex player on my devices and the server files are showing as not available. I go to the Synology package centre and “run” the PMS and it starts working again. Any ideas ?

Plex is crashing during loudness analysis, when looking for album 24550 (the internal ID number assigned to the album).

Option 1: Disable loudness analysis  
[Settings](https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/web/general) → Library → Analyze audio tracks for loudness = Never.

Option 2: Update to PMS 1.30.1.6562.  
See [Release Notes](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plex-media-server/30447/549) regarding loudness analysis.  
FIXES:

- **(Analysis) Loudness analysis could crash if item was removed**
