# Can't load friends profile

My friend deactivated their account a month or so ago but then reactivated. They have settings that anybody signed into plex can see their profile. But this pops up anytime I try to look at their profile.

Just to be sure: are you looking at the account name with 2 digits at the end, or the one with 3 digits?
