# Can't login to Plex to access server

Server Version#: Most recent docker
Player Version#: Web
I suddenly can’t login to Plex anymore on my home network. I haven’t tried changing anything and my server hasn’t changed either. I noticed the issue when I could no longer access my server outside my network and when I navigate to IP:32400, localhost:32400 or 127.0.0.1:32400 it says Plex can’t be reached. My Apple TV is still able to stream shows.
I think this is an authentication error as I when I try to login to the website the login page is blank. When I use my phones hotspot I can login but this won’t work for my server. I’ve already made sure it’s not my DNS server and don’t know what step I should make next.

Nevermind, after a lot of wasted time pulling hair and attempting to figure out why my connection wasn’t working. Unifi UDM (My router) had a hidden setting I forgot about which is a firewall based on country. It was set to block incoming and outgoing. I set to only block incoming to certain countries that I’ve been attacked from the most and the authentication server works perfectly now.
