Have you tried opening it from the Plex website? Go to the main web page and hit the launch button on the top right.

Has it worked previously or is this a fresh install? Do you see any Plex processes running in the task manager? I assume you’ve rebooted the computer and tried starting Plex again?

@Peter_W It worked before. I already uninstall and re-install the app. Restarted several times still didn’t work. All I can get when I tried to run plex server is this

Not that familiar with Windows installation of PMS, but that sounds like a faulty database. You should be able to either try and repair the corrupt one [https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201100678-Repair-a-Corrupt-Database](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201100678-Repair-a-Corrupt-Database) - or since you are a Plex pass holder there should be a backup made by the butler so you can rollback to a previous version - [https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/202485658-Restore-a-Database-Backed-Up-via-Scheduled-Tasks-](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/202485658-Restore-a-Database-Backed-Up-via-Scheduled-Tasks-)

Did you have Plex working on Windows 10 previously?

When I upgraded to Windows 10 I received the same/a similar message. I tried various suggested fixes but I couldn’t get it working under Windows 10. When I rolled back to Windows 7 everything worked fine without me doing anything else.
