Can't Play/Shuffle Collections with 4K Firestick

On a Synology DSM7 NAS and a 4K Firestick.

When I go to my Television library, go to the Collections tab, go into a collection… I press Play or Shuffle and in either case nothing happens. Doesn’t appear to even try to play anything. Just press the button and it’s like I never pressed anything.

Plex on my Samsung TV seems to work fine, as well as the Web UI. Seems to just be the Firestick that’s having trouble.

Appreciate any help.

If it helps at all, it seems to be the Collections that include seasons of television shows, that don’t work… as opposed to Collections with full show items or movies, that do work.

For example, maybe I have every episode of The Simpsons but I want to make a Collection of the first 10 seasons and call it “Classic Simpsons”. The fact I made that Collection using individual seasons seems to be part of the problem.

EDIT: Tried making these season-oriented Collections into Playlists instead, and apparently there isn’t a Playlist tab in my Television library on the Firestick? And video playlists don’t show up in the Playlist library/menu?

EDIT 2: Nevermind, I needed to make the playlists on the Managed User itself.
