Can't reproduce 4k on Samsung TV with 7.1 audio

Hi,
My setup is:

. SAMSUNG UE43RU7455 (2019 model)
. SYNOLOGY D218+
. Latest version of server and client Plex Versions (plex doesn’t run as Docker)
. Everything running in local network, connections through ethernet

Now the problem is, I can’t seem to reproduce 95% of the 4K content. Whenever I try I get the error:

"Unknown Error (0) (avplay)

Trying to find a pattern, the main problem seems to be with content with “7.1” audio. Even if they have track audio options for 5.1, it doesn’t work. But if the “best option” is 5.1, then it plays.

I tried disabling direct play and direct stream. On client settings I have “5.1 recommended”. No success. If I play directly through the DLNA client of my TV the content is reproduced.

I use radarr to automate all the downloads, etc, so I would like to avoid having to postprocess any media files (mainly because it seems an issue with Plex since it works through DLNA).

Can you please help?
