Server Version v1.31.0.6654#: Player Version#:9.16.1.38616 My server crashed yesterday and I tried reinstalling and updating the server and app from scratch. That seems to go OK until I try to connect to the newly installed server from the web app. I get a message saying _"[app.plex.tv](http://app.plex.tv) is unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely_ _Its “Secure connections” setting may be set to disabled, or you may need to adjust some settings on your network."._ I have adjusted the Shield Plex app to allow insecure connections, but still the web app can’t connect. I have done a ton of other troubleshooting (access permissions for both server and app are all as they should be), to no avail. From forum searching I believe the answer may be to **reset my server certificate** and I am here to ask a plex employee to do this if possible. Many thanks in advance ---
