I am unable to see friends servers. My friend has no problems seeing mine. Before you link me to Troubleshooting Remote Access or something like that, please know I have searched all of Plex’s support documents for this issue and followed all the tech support advice. My Linksys EA7500 router has been configured properly, all firewalls have been temporarily been disabled or opened for all ports, I have green checks in the Remote Access area of my Plex Media Server and still cannot use my account which has a paid up Plex Pass to access other servers. If I use my friends account, I can see all, but not with mine. Can one of you Plex Big Heads connect with me and help me work this out? ---

BTW, I have scanned the currently used remote port (14018) with [canyouseeme.org](http://canyouseeme.org) and it is clean. Can you smart guys think of anything else? ---

So your account works on your server? Their account works on your server? Their account works on their server? But your account doesn’t work on their server? They’ve not permitted your account correctly on their server. The troubleshooting is required with their server not yours. ---

Thanks for the feedback. Friends server admin sent me screenshot showing me as a user on his server but I haven’t scanned his port. I will try that. BTW, I’ve told my friend the same as above and he denies it. ---

BTW, I’ve told my friend the same as above and he denies it. if you can use his account to access it from where ever you are, and your account doesn’t work there is nothing network, firewall or server config that is broken. If account A works but account B doesn’t and everything else is identically it can only be the account. ---

Have your friend delete you then re-invite you. Also be sure your friend has given you access to a library cause you won’t even see their server in the list without them having at least one library shared with you… ---

I have a similar problem, I have 2 accounts due to a big family and a few friends everything works on the server account and the second account until I login on a profile that is on the second account then it won’t show the server I’ve tried everything googled for weeks with no success all profiles on the main account are working fine just not the second account no matter where or how I try. Any ideas ? ---

let’s start over (considering this is a 6 months old thread). can you briefly describe how you’ve setup the different accounts and how you granted those other accounts access to your entire server or certain libraries? ---

I got exactly the same problem. Friend and me send a invite, both accepted the invite (so it says we are friends now). But i just cant find his server and he cant find mine… ---

Hi, I recently purchased a Plex Pass account earlier this month, and I’m encountering a similar issue. I can add friends to my account and give them sharing permission, but they are unable to see my media library. The potential issue is that I’m running Mac OS 10.6.8, and so the most recent version of the Plex Media Server I can install is 0.9.16.3. Since this version of the Media Server is no longer supported, does this mean it cannot be used to connect to users running the most recent release? ---
