Hi I have a Synology DS218+ with DSM 7.1 which suddenly stopped showing my contents. I see a button on the left side saying “Your Media” and if I click on it it says to download Plex Media Server. I already have the server version installed and all was working fine a few days ago.
Sounds like you might have changed your password and opted to sign-out all devices. This includes your server.
In order to re-link your server to your account you need to access the Syno locally – that means using the Syno’s local IP address from within the same network/subnet (http://[Syno IP address]:32400/web). In the web app you can then go to Settings > [Server Name] > General and click the Sign In button at the center of this settings page (next to the “This server is unclaimed…” message).
