Can't see shared library - orange triangle next to server name

Hi all

Trying to remote view a friend’s shared library on a Smart TV (Android)

On app.plex.tv I can see the library access has been granted. However on smart TV there is an orange triangle with an exclamation mark next to the server name under More. On android mobile app it says No Libraries Available.

  1. I have purchased a remote viewing pass

  2. The server has been reset

  3. Library access was rescinded & reinvited

  4. App cache has been reset

  5. App has been uninstalled & reinstalled on TV

  6. TV advanced settings allow insecure connections has been set to always

  7. No other remote viewers having this issue

  8. No server-side certificate issues

  9. No change to access in mobile app off wifi

What can be done next?? We’re both at a loss here
