# Can't Switch Audio Streams

Working with files in My Media, I have files with multiple audio streams. However when you open the file using the Plex Web app the detail screen does not show multiple audio streams available. When you look at the xml file for same item it clearly shows multiple stream available. The file is a MP4 file.

Do you have any suggestions for fixing this?

can we see the xml file? You can message it to me if it has personal stuff in it
