# Cant transcode

Server Version#: 1.24.3.5033-757abe6b4\_amd64  
Player Version#: any

Hello,  
i have some issues with transcoding my streams.  
If the server had to transcode i got the erroer  
`[Transcoder] [eac3_eae @ 0x7fa1b99d7040] EAE timeout! EAE not running, or wrong folder? Could not read '/tmp/pms-d056478e-a511-455b-aab3-f615bbfc2ed3/EasyAudioEncoder/Convert to WAV (to 8ch or less)/dd0b4ad2f3030ea6-com-plexapp-android_155864-0-0.wav'`

in the Console.  
what i have tried:  
Delete the codecs in

> /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application\ Support/Plex\ Media\ Server/Codecs

Delete all data in

> var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application\ Support/Plex\ Media\ Server/Cache

did a chmod -R 777 at

> var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library
