# CC 's not available

I love Plex but every movie i want to watch does not have CC’s available..i have hearing impairment..i really need captions to enjoy the movies..so sad..is there any chnce this will be an enabled feature?..ty for any responses

If you mean from our streaming content with commercials then we are dependent on what the content owners give us. If it shows there should be a subtitle but it is not working then need to know what player you are using to try to figure out why they are not playing.

If you mean from files you have from a Plex Media Sever that are not playing the subtitle stream then we would need info about that.

i watch ( want to/trying to )the plex with the commercials…i don’t know what the Plex Media Server is..my 80 yr. old brain not too tech. savy..lol but i ty for your reply
