# CERT: Error acquiring new certificate

Server Version#: Version 1.24.5.5173  
Player Version#: Plex WEB Version 4.71.0

I am getting the following error on my Plex server and some Apps including the [Web login](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201611836-plex-web-app-logs/) from [Plex.tv](http://Plex.tv) does not want to operate or connect since yesterday afternoon. Please see the error I am getting below.

CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to upload CSR: 429, \<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?\>
