# Cert Not Renewing

I need help. My cert has expired. So I read some articles here about deleting the cert-v2.p12 file, and that will force a refresh of a new cert for me. But when I check the logs, I am getting ERROR - CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to upload CSR: 429 and there is no new cert in my folder. What can I do? I cannot access my media remotely.
