Hello plex forum, I have had a problem for a while that I can’t resolve. My Plex account has always been linked with my facebook account, but in the meantime I changed my email address on Facebook and now cannot change the connection via this method because the old address is still activated there … I also can’t link with Gmail or my Icloud account ☹ Could someone help me? Hello Tom, Thanks for you reply. I have already followed the procedure on this … I still have my \*\*@hotmail.fr address displayed, whereas I would like to change with a \*\*@gmail.com Nothing works… ---

Can you link your Google account to the Plex account without changing the e-mail address first? see “Adding Google, Facebook, or Apple to an Existing Plex Account” → “Different Email Address from Your Plex Account” in the support article linked above. ---

@dngraphisme I see you removed the facebook auth. so you should be able to change the email on that page now. ---

@dngraphisme looks like there was an account created with the gmail in 2019. I changed the email on it to something generic and made sure it was disabled so you should be able to make the change now ---
