Change Downloads location in Windows desktop app

Hey all, I created a feature request for changing the downloads folder location to be built into Plex. Please vote!

Hi all, Just ran out of space on my hard drive and usually have this problem when getting ready to go on a trip! Needed to change the location of the downloads folder to my storage drive, but there was no native way to do it. Please add this functionality.
